Grilled vegetables in the oven to perfection!! A selection of vegetables with two teaspoons of Kapruka Organic Virgin Coconut Oil on 180 degrees for about half an hour, then grill for about ten minutes. Delicious, sweet, the coconut oil becomes the hidden ingredient. The beauty!! The veggies stay firm with a nice chargrilled edge. Add your choice of spice and voila!! The perfect side dish to your main meal, that is, if it make it to the table!

My family is wheat intolerant, so I use Orgran gluten free products which is available at B Healthy, De Wetshof Centre Stellenbosch, who also stocks Kapruka Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Amazing muffins with the Lemon & Popppyseed Muffin Mix and the Chocolate Muffin Mix. Again!!! My Hat Trick! I replace the 60ml vegetable oil with KAPRUKA ORGANIC VIRGIN COCONUT OIL. The result is a soft moist muffin, with all the health benefits of coconut oil! The twist: I bake them in heart shapes, FROM HOME WITH LOVE!
